Membership removes these barriers. By bundling your pet’s annual wellness essentials with waived fees and exclusive discounts, you get:

You’re already getting Dr. Miller’s exceptional care. Membership just makes that care easier to plan for and more financially accessible for our families while ensuring we honor our mission to deliver relationship-centered, prevention-focused veterinary medicine.
Pricing:
Founding Member rates are available to the first 50 households only and extend for the life of your pet! Founding Member status is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on enrollment date. Once all Founding Memberships have been reached, VIP Pet Membership price increases to $1,200 annually and Add-On Pets price increases to $950 annually. Membership prices are subject to annual proce increases with prior notice.
Membership Capacity:
Total membership enrollment is capped at 150 households to ensure we can deliver priority scheduling, quarterly check-ins, and personalized care to all members. Once capacity is reached, interested families will be added to a waitlist.
Annual Commitment:
Memberships are annual subscriptions that auto-renew each year unless you provide 30-day written notice prior to your renewal date. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel mid-year, you will continue to receive benefits through the end of your paid period but will not receive a prorated refund. If the services you have received exceed the amount paid to date, we would kindly ask you pay the difference.
What’s Not Included:
Membership covers annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, and exclusive benefits as listed. Diagnostics, treatments, medications, surgical procedures, dental cleanings, specialty services, and emergency care are billed separately at our standard rates with your 10% member discount applied. Travel fees are waived for members within our primary service area only.
Service Area:
Membership benefits, including waived travel fees, apply to appointments within our primary service areas. Contact us to confirm your address is within our service area prior to enrolling.
Do I need a Membership?
Membership is 100% optional and every patient seen by Trace Crossings Veterinary + Pet Wellness receives the same quality of care and have access to all our services on a fee-for-service basis.
