What To Expect
Wellness and sick visits are scheduled for about 45 minutes. Dr. Miller doesn’t rush, and your appointment reflects that.
Routine services like nail trims and ear cleanings run about 15 minutes. Surgical procedures are given additional time to make sure your pet is safe, comfortable and properly monitored.
Cancellation Policy
We know life is unpredictable, especially when pets or kids are in the mix. Because we reserve dedicated time for each household, cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. This helps us protect our schedule and keep that same level of care available to every family we serve.
VIP Pet Membership
Members get priority scheduling, waived House Call fees and meaningful savings throughout the year. If you’re booking regularly, membership pays for itself fast.
